Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumer purchases)

If you’re a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.  

How to request a return

Email us at Info@voidstate.it with: order number, name, and the item you want to return.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused, with original tags/packaging, in resellable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Certain products may be excluded where legally permitted (e.g., clearly personalised/made-to-order items).
